February Half-Term Fun In and Around Milton Keynes
February half-term is almost here—the week where we juggle keeping the kids entertained, staying sane, and praying that the weather holds out long enough for at least one outdoor adventure😂If you’re anything like me, you’re already Googling “things to do near Milton Keynes,” to avoid hearing “I’m bored” on repeat. Luckily, I’ve got you covered. I’ve curated a list of lots of exciting events and activities happening around Milton Keynes during the February half-term. Whether you’ve got a toddler, school kids, or even a little baby, there’s something for everyone to enjoy! Just a heads up, though: some of these events require booking, so now’s the time to plan ahead and get organised. Let’s dive in!

Cupid’s Trail: Valentine’s Adventure at Stowe House
Cupid’s Trail at Stowe House (15th-23rd February, 10:30 am - 3:30 pm) is a brilliant option for families with kids aged 4-14. They’ll get to explore the gorgeous State Rooms, find out about Roman gods, and take on fun riddles and puzzles along the way. There’s even a crafty stop to make paper roses—perfect for a little keepsake or Valentine’s gift. Find out more here.
Go Ape at Salcey Forest
Go Ape is the perfect spot for a family day out if you want more of an adventure. With a range of activities, there’s something for all ages. For thrill-seekers aged 10 and up, the TreeTop challenge or the more intense Challenge Plus will give them a real adrenaline rush! Kids aged 6-12 can try the TreeTop Adventure Plus, while younger explorers ages 4-8 can enjoy a fun introduction to the treetops with the TreeTop Adventure. Acorn Forest School’s Holiday Club
Got kids aged 3-11? Acorn Forest School’s Holiday Club offers a great outdoor activity during the school holidays. Led by experienced forest school leaders, the club gives children the freedom to explore nature, from swinging on ropes to hunting for mini-beasts or mixing up potions in the mud kitchen. Each day offers something different, whether it’s campfire cooking, woodwork, or forest crafts. It’s all about letting kids play, discover, and socialise. Bletchley Park is a must-visit if you’re looking for a family-friendly outing this half-term.
